Triumph has once again chosen Galfer as the official brake disc supplier for its motocross bikes, reinforcing a prestigious and long-standing collaboration between the two brands. The newly launched Triumph TF 450-RC, developed in collaboration with motocross legend Ricky Carmichael, is equipped with Galfer discs, just like the TF 250-X launched last year, which has already proven the success of Galfer braking systems in its original equipment.
Galfer, a leader in motorcycle braking systems, is synonymous with superior quality, precision, and reliability, and is proud to be an integral part of the Triumph TF 450-RC, a bike designed for the most demanding motocross enthusiasts.
With its 449cc engine, a chassis designed for maximum performance, and state-of-the-art electronic management, the TF 450-RC aims to deliver a superior riding experience. The choice of Galfer discs is no coincidence: thanks to their innovative technology and ability to withstand extreme stress, they ensure precise, modular, and safe braking, perfectly meeting the needs of both professional and amateur riders.
This important agreement is part of the strong bond between Triumph and Galfer, which has long equipped the British brand’s motocross bikes, including the TF 250-X, the first model in Triumph’s motocross range to exclusively use Galfer brake discs. The TF 450-RC, with its innovative design and superior performance, thus joins Triumph’s prestigious range of motorcycles, consolidating Galfer’s role as the preferred partner in providing braking components.
Exclusively manufactured for Triumph, Galfer’s Disc Wave® discs stand out for their innovative design and high performance, with reduced weight: only 380 grams for the front disc (ø260mm, 3mm thickness) and 399 grams for the rear disc (ø220mm, 4mm thickness). Produced using cutting-edge technologies including laser cutting, tempering, painting, CNC machining, and grinding, they guarantee uncompromising quality, perfectly aligned with the excellence of the Triumph TF 450-RC.
The partnership between Triumph and Galfer is the perfect expression of the union of technical excellence and a passion for motocross. By combining their respective expertise, the two brands strengthen their position as leaders in their fields, offering cutting-edge solutions to those who demand the best in quality, reliability, and performance on every track.

The choice of our discs underscores our commitment to providing the highest quality components designed to meet the needs of the most demanding riders.”
