Great weekend for the interests of the brakes brand GALFER: two of its riders won the World title, Lorenzo Dalla Porta in Moto3 and Randy Krummenacher in Supersport.
In Moto3, the race of Phillip Island was Lorenzo Dalla Porta’s (Leopard Racing) first opportunity to mathematically win the title when there are still two races to finish the championship, and he did so. Lorenzo and his team mate Marcos Ramírez did great. He also achieved the pole position on Saturday and Dalla Porta won his third race of the season in Australia and the 2019 Moto3 World Championship. Lorenzo Dalla Porta has achieved the title with his Honda HRC equipped with GALFER Disc Wave® Racing CW1 brake discs, the Spanish brand brake pads and lines. Marcos Ramírez (Leopard Racing) reached the podium in second place, while Tatsuki Suzuki (SIC58) was fourth; John McPhee (Petronas-Sprinta), fifth; Ayumu Sasaki (Petronas-Sprinta), seventh; and Stefano Nepa (Reale-Avintia), tenth.
In Moto2, Remy Gardner (SAG Racing), who was riding at home, crossed the finish line in sixth position. His team mate, Tetsuta Nagashima, finished tenth in a very even race. The two riders of the Stop & Go team compete with Kalex Moto2 equipped with GALFER brake products.
And in MotoGP great result for Pecco Bagnaia (Pramac Racing) who finished fourth, just 0.5 seconds away from the podium places. This is Bagnaia’s best result in his first season in this category of the world championship. Pecco will visit the GALFER stand at EICMA on Saturday 9/11 at 1:00 p.m. for a signing session open to the public (Hall 22 S-41).
The next MotoGP event will be held in Malaysia from November 1st to 3rd.
