GALFER RIDERS DOMINATE THE ENDURO GP WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP

The GALFER Enduro riders notched up six wins and another seven podiums in the second round of the 2020 EnduroGP World Championship season.

The town of Spoleto (Italy) hosted the second round of the season where the British riders from the Beta team dominated in their respective categories and in the EnduroGP overall standings. Steve Holcombe (Beta) led the E2 category on both days, while Brad Freeman (Beta) led the E3 category, and both riders achieved victory in the EnduroGP on one day. Also noteworthy were the double podiums of French rider Loic Larrieu (TM Racing) in the E2 category and Spanish rider Jaume Betriu (KTM Spain) in the E3 category, both finishing in 2nd position.

In the E1 category, victory escaped Italian rider Andrea Verona (TM Racing), but he managed to clinch 2nd spot on the podium on both days, which enabled him to hold onto his lead position in the overall standings.

And in the Youth Enduro category, young British rider Jed Etchells (Team JET Fantic) dominated his rivals on both days, putting him at the top of the overall standings. His teammate Harry Edmonson achieved a podium spot on the second day.

After the two contested races, the GALFER riders lead most of the categories in the 2020 EnduroGP: Steve Holcombe in E2 and EnduroGP, Brad Freeman in E3, Andrea Verona in E1 and Jed Etchells in Youth Enduro.

The last two rounds of the EnduroGP season will be contested in Portugal from 6 to 7 and 13 to 14 November in Marco de Canaveses (Italy).
