The GALFER rider, Maxime Renaux, finished in third place in the MX2 category in the 2020 Motocross World Championship.
The MXGP season ended with a triple header at Arco di Trento (Italy) that decided the final positions of the 2020 championship.
In the MX2 category, the French rider Maxime Renaux from the Italian team SM Action Yamaha once again achieved a podium finish, his 11th this season, and ended the campaign in an impressive third place with a total of 581 points. Renaux has been solid and consistent all season on his Yamaha YZ 250 F equipped with GALFER brake discs and pads.
Also in MXGP, two GALFER riders managed to finish in the top ten, with the Belgian rider Jeremy Van Horebeek (Honda SR Team) in 9th place with 316 points and the Dutch rider Brian Bogers (Marchetti KTM) in 10th place with 298 points.
We would also like to highlight the great contribution made by the Italian rider Nicholas Lapucci (Fantic Motor), who achieved 4 consecutive victories in the EMX2T category at Arco di Trento, although he failed to complete the whole season in the competition.
This means that GALFER has achieved a great overall performance with its Motocross riders in 2020, including Andrea Bonacorsi’s European Championship victory in EMX125 and two World Championship podium finishes: Maxime Renaux in MX2 and Larissa Papenmeier in WMX.
