The British rider from the Beta Factory Team finished first again in all the classifications, both in the E3 category and in EnduroGP, to consolidate his position as overall leader of the World Championship.
Galfer riders achieved more outstanding results at the Enduro GP Spain held in Lalín, with 5 victories and 7 podiums in the various categories. Brad Freeman stands out from the rest, having beaten all his rivals on both days of competition with his Beta motorbike equipped with Galfer brake products: fixed “Disc Wave®” RW grooved discs and Racing G1396R sintered brake pads.
In the E3 category, Brad Freeman completely dominated both days of racing, setting a pace that no other riders could keep up with and taking both victories several minutes ahead of the chasers in his category. Meanwhile, Italy’s Matteo Cavallo (TM Boano) managed to finish on the podium on both days, while France’s Antoine Magain (Sherco CH Racing) reached the second step of the podium on the second day. This extends Freeman’s lead in the overall standings, with a 20-point advantage after two Grand Prix.
In the E2 category, British rider Steve Holcombe (Beta Factory Team) also took two victories and is now joint leader of the overall standings in his category. Holcombe also managed to finish in third place on the overall EnduroGP podium on both days in Lalín. New Zealander Hamish Macdonald (Sherco CH Racing) finished third on the first day.
In the E1 category, Italy’s Matteo Pavoni (TM Boano) and France’s Zach Pichon (Sherco CH Racing) finished second and third respectively on the first day of competition.
And finally, in the Junior category, which is named “Galfer Junior Class”, Germany’s Jeremy Sydow (Sherco CH Racing) achieved a podium and a victory, while Sergio Navarro (Husqvarna) took two fourth places.
The next round of the EnduroGP World Championship will be held in Heinola (Finland) from 26 to 28 May.
