BRAD FREEMAN AND MIREIA BADIA CROWNED ENDURO WORLD CHAMPIONS WITH GALFER

British rider Brad Freeman and his Beta have conquered the Enduro 3 World Championship, while Spanish rider Mireia Badia, with her Rieju, secured the Women’s World Championship. Both trusted the safety and precision of Galfer’s brake discs and pads, once again proving that Galfer’s performance is among the best in the world.

The spectacular final round of the season took place in Brioude, France, where Galfer riders shone with unforgettable performances: 3 victories and 16 podiums in just one weekend!

In the E1 category, Steve Holcombe (Honda Redmoto) arrived with a chance to claim the title. Against the unstoppable leader Josep García, Holcombe fought fiercely, securing second place on Saturday and an exciting victory on Sunday. Although it wasn’t enough to dethrone García, Steve finished second in E1 with 256 points, just 6 behind the champion. Moreover, in the overall EnduroGP standings, Holcombe impressed with a solid second-place finish. “Happy with my race this weekend. The goal was to try to win my class: the fight was good but unfortunately, I missed something. Overall I’m happy with what we achieved this year. Thank you to everybody for the efforts.”

In E2, the Galfer riders were not competing for the title but still left their mark in France. Wil Ruprecht (Sherco CH Racing Enduro) reached the podium twice (3rd and 2nd), while Samuele Bernardini (Honda Redmoto) was the second fastest on Saturday, and Leo Le Quere (TM Boano) took third on Sunday.

The E3 category was the stage for Galfer’s first major triumph of the season. Brad Freeman (Beta Factory) dominated without mercy, leaving all his rivals behind and winning both days with over 30 seconds of advantage, showing undeniable superiority. Freeman finished the season with a 45-point lead over Hamish Macdonald (Sherco CH Racing Enduro), another Galfer rider, who also made it to the podium both days (2nd and 3rd). Antoine Magain and Matteo Cavallo joined the Galfer celebration with their own podium finishes on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.

In the Women’s category, Mireia Badia arrived at the final round as the undisputed leader. After finishing second and sixth, she was crowned world champion with a comfortable 32-point lead. Her teammate, Rosie Rowett, also performed excellently, climbing to the podium both days in third place.

We cannot overlook the Galfer Junior Class, where Galfer sponsors the championship and lends its name to the category, presenting commemorative trophies to the future stars of Enduro.

At Galfer, we extend our heartfelt thanks to all the teams, riders, organizers, and partners who made this extraordinary and successful year possible.

We will continue to brake the Enduro world with passion and excellence!
