About the iXS Cup

The iXS Cup is one of the world’s most prestigious downhill competitions, alongside the UCI World Cup. Founded in 2003 as the iXS Swiss Downhill Cup, it has evolved into a benchmark series with more than 20 years of history.

Currently, the competition consists of two major series:

  • iXS Downhill Cup, aimed at amateur athletes.
  • iXS European Cup, designed for semi-professional riders looking to make the leap to the world elite.

The 2025 edition will feature 14 races across both series, taking place on some of Europe’s most iconic tracks, with events in Germany, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Austria, Italy, the Czech Republic, France, Slovenia, and Switzerland. The season kicks off in April in Santiago de Besteiros (Portugal) and concludes in October in Bellwald (Switzerland), with a calendar packed with competition and adrenaline.
