DOUBLE PODIUM FOR GRESINI RACING AND GALFER IN MUGELLO

The Grand Prix of Italy finished with the Jorge Martín’s third victory of the season with his Moto3 HRC fitted with the GALFER Racing CW1 brake discs. The Spanish rider overpowered his rivals throughout the weekend, and had the best times, including the pole position. During the race Martín set a strong pace from the beginning but he was always riding with his team mate Fabio di Giannantonio and with Marco Bezecchi. But after a heart-stopping last lap, Jorge Martín crossed the finish line less than one tenth ahead Bezecchi and Diggia. The Leopard Racing riders entered the Top 10: Enea Bastianini was 6th and Lorenzo dalla Porta was 8th, while Arón Canet (Estrella Galicia 0,0) was the 11th.

In Moto2, Xavi Vierge finished 9th after a difficult race where the riders of the RW Racing NTS team scored for the first time this season, with Joe Roberts in 14th place, and Steven Odendaal, 15th.

And in MotoGP, Tito Rabat (Reale-Avintia) was 13th after recovering from a recent accident. His team mate Xavier Simeón was 25th.

The race was so even than 11 riders crossed the finish line in the same second. The Rookies Cup is a single-brand competition where 20 young riders compete with the same KTM RC 250 R fitted with GALFER Racing CW1 brake discs and sintered brake pads.
