The young Spanish Delikia-Ginestar rider Felipe Orts shone at the Denmark world championship after riding among the best throughout the race.

Felipe Orts offered a great performance at the Cyclocross World Championship held at Bogense (Denmark). After a great start Orts put himself with the leading group and stood there with chances to medal until the second-to-last lap. Felipe rode most of the race among a group of eight Belgian and Dutch riders, the discipline’s best world riders, and finished 12th. His team mate Ismael Esteban was 27th, a good personal result.

In Women’s class Lucía González (Nesta CX) was 22nd and Aida Nuño (Trek) had bad luck and finished 27th.

In Junior class Gonzalo Iguanzo (Delikia-Ginestar) was 16th.

With Felipe Orts’s great result the Cyclocross season ends well for the GALFER BIKE representatives, including Orts and Nuño double Top Ten in one of the World Championship rounds.
