After the mixed results at Fort William, the GALFER BIKE representatives improved their performances at the third round of the World Cup.
In Elite Women Tracey Hannah (Polygon UR) scored the third best time after a great weekend, arriving just 4 seconds behind the winner. With this result she stands among the top places of the general classification. Swiss rider Carina Cappellari (Hiag Data–NS Bikes) entered the Top Ten with a 9th place.
In Elite Men, the new GALFER BIKE rider, Rafael Gutiérrez (IJ Racing), achieved his best result to date, finishing in 25th. Slawek Lukasik (Hiag Data–NS Bikes) was 33rd; Mick Hannah (Polygon UR) was 34th; and Alex Fayolle (Polygon UR) was 35th.
The next round of UCI World Cup, both for XC and DH, will be held in Val di Sole (Italia), on July, 6-8.
